The room was cozy with nice decor, and I loved lounging on the comfy couches by the entrance. Enjoyed a relaxing dip in the pool and sipping a drink at the bar. Just a heads-up, the check-in can be confusing if you don’t know to go to the sister hotel first. 😊

Our stay was disappointing overall. Check-in took far too long, with confusion about room assignments. Despite the noise, the location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach. Pro tip, request a room away from the bar to avoid late-night disturbances.

Had an amazing trip with friends! The location is perfect. we easily walked to the golf club and explored nearby art galleries. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Free coffee in the morning and happy hour drinks made it even better!

However, on one night, we encountered some loud noise from other guests in the hotel that made it hard to sleep. It was a bit disruptive but we managed to enjoy the rest of our stay despite that.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff were professional and promptly assisted with my requests. My room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The location was ideal for my work-related activities, as it was close to various business centers and dining options.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of local amenities. While check-in was smooth and the bar area offers happy hour cocktails, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, as it wasn’t cleaned during our three-night stay. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, making it hard to sleep at times.

Comfortable room, convenient location, the beach access was just a short walk away and the friendly staff made sure we felt at home with their 24-hour reception and welcoming atmosphere in the bar/lounge area.

It was all superb.

It was just a smart choice for spending a night in Miami Beach with great value for the money. The head manager even attempted to help out by waiving the resort fees for our troubles. Make sure to document any agreements made by staff to avoid extra charges.
